Warcraft the Movie?

I know some readers of my blog would ask the question – “Warcraft? Ano yan?”

Warcraft is an epic computer game and probably one of the biggest legends in PC Gaming. Warcraft is based on a story written by Richard A. Knaak. The Warcraft Game is owned by Blizzard Entertainment which also brought the Diablo series to the world of Gaming. Later on the warcraft series was set to be played in multiplayer format wherein players can fight with each other by raising a race be it human or the orcs. It was not long when Blizzard introduced new twists in the game and new races were put. There were night elves, blood elves, dwarves, undead, taureens, orcs, gnomes, goblins, and totally MORE! Have you ever heard of the word DOTA (defense of the ancients)? This is a very famous game but it is just a MOD or modification from Warcraft. It is a very addicting game and once you know how to play it for sure you’ll be hooked to it.

It was just recently that Blizzard released WOW or WORLD OF WARCRAFT. It is a massive multiplayer online role playing game or MMORPG wherein you can create a character in your preferences and explore the world of warcraft and the longer you play, the stronger your character becomes.

The Warcraft story is as epic, as wild but more brain tingling than that of the Lord of the Rings story or Harry Potter. To read more about the Warcraft story and the movie you can click here.

I’ve been a fan of warcraft since hmmm, ever! After playing Warcraft 3 and seeing all the cinematics, I would really wish that Blizzard would create a movie based on warcraft. This would be a hit. Just recently, there is a rumor over the web and the warcraft community that Warcraft the movie will be released this year! Wohoo! That’s according to IMDB. I would definitely watch this movie and for sure the first people who will be in the cinema are gonna be Gamers.  I hope it will be released soon!
